Not all crisis looks the same. Stop Soldier Suicide is our promise to those who are facing it. Our struggles may be loud or silent; all-consuming or passing; during service or any time after; a moment or a lifetime.
We have a relentless focus on results. We don't just say we support vets - we actually save lives.
"We’ve lived in our historical home on Maxwell for 3 years now, and we love it. The homes are old so they come with some issues, but it’s so worth the occasional inconvenience. The maintenance team is always quick to respond, especially in an emergency. We had to call them on Christmas once, and they came right out and resolved the issue. I have plenty of positives to write about, but most recently our refrigerator stopped working at the worst possible time (tons of out of town guests coming in to visit) and within a few hours we had a working refrigerator installed. (Thank you!) We love living here, and we’re going to miss it. Thanks for all you do."

"I absolutely love living on base! I've lived here for the last 4 years and the community is great!! Having the school on base is also a great benefit. I live in one of the historic homes so of course it has some issues that go with living in an old home but Hunt housing has gotten better over the years and is always responsive when I need something. "I absolutely have enjoyed our 3 years at MAFB housing. My husband was deployed for 6 months and Theresa Martin went above and beyond to help out when things came up. My lawn was cut weekly inside the fence, which was such a big deal while I as traveling. The Maintenance men are always so attentive to my needs and it’s greatly appreciated. Wanda is wonderful in helping my incoming friends find a house on Maxwell, so they can experience what I am. I’m so happy with our decision to live on base and my husband is able to walk to work. Thanks Hunt for going above and beyond for your residence here @ Maxwell !!"
